Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (preferably homemade)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 tbsp Wyse Earth Longevity Honey with Adaptogenic Extracts

  • 1 scoop organic vanilla protein

Extras:

  • Freeze Dried Strawberries

  • Crushed Strawberries

  • Coconut Yogurt


Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your strawberry jam. Heat the extra strawberries and smash them with a fork to create a homemade strawberry jam.
