1 1/2 cups of Dilettoso Va Va Vanilla pancake mix
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
3/4 cup almond butter
2 large organic eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
For the Filling:
1 block of cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Decoration: Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Dilettoso Va Va Vanilla pancake mix, baking powder, sea salt, and granulated monk fruit sweetener.
