Strawberry Pretzel Vegan Brownies

Serves 9 pieces


Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 pack of Bake Me Healthy Dark Chocolate Fudgy Brownies Plant-Based Baking Mix

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/3 cup coconut yogurt (or oil)

  • 1/2 cup of crushed pretzels


Strawberry Frosting

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries

  • 1 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the brownie, but save some pretzels for the end.

  3. Transfer the batter into a silicone 8x8 baking dish.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down.

  5. Microwave the strawberries for 1:30 minutes, drain excess liquid.

  6. Mix the ingredients for the strawberry frosting.

  7. Top the brownies with the strawberry glaze and leftover pretzels.

  8. Cut into 9 slices and  enjoy!
