Serves 8 tacos


Ingredients

Garnish:

  • SOMOS Salsa Macha - Mexican Chili Crisp

  • Chopped Cilantro

  • Chopped Red Onion


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Eggs: Broil the eggs until hard-boiled. Once cooked, cool them in cold water, then peel and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl; set the egg whites aside.

  2. Make the Filling: Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the cream cheese, SOMOS Street Corn White Rice, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined and creamy.
