Serves 8 tacos
Ingredients
5 whole eggs (broiled)
1 pack of SOMOS Street Corn White Rice
1/2 block of cream cheese
1 tsp of taco seasoning
Garnish:
SOMOS Salsa Macha - Mexican Chili Crisp
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Red Onion
Instructions
Prepare the Eggs: Broil the eggs until hard-boiled. Once cooked, cool them in cold water, then peel and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl; set the egg whites aside.
Make the Filling: Mash the yolks with a fork, then add the cream cheese, SOMOS Street Corn White Rice, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined and creamy.
