Street Corn Zucchini Cilantro Soup

Serves 1
Ingredients
1 pouch of I Eat My Greens in Zucchini Cilantro Soup
2 cups of organic canned corn (drained)
2 tsp of taco seasoning
2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
Toppings
2 tbsp of cotija cheese
2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Mix all the soup with taco seasoning, nutritional yeast and corn.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and add extra corn snacks for toppings.
