Sun-Dried Tomato Ravioli Hummus Salad

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 pack of Nuovo Ravioli in Mushroom Truffle
1 tsp of sea salt
2 cups of chopped lettuce
1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
3/4 cups of sun-dried tomatoes cherry tomatoes
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp of black pepper
2/3 cup of greek yogurt
1/3 cup of Zacca Spicy Mediterranean Hummus
Instructions
Broil some 3-4 cups of water with sea salt.
Cook the ravioli for 4-6 minutes, then drain.
Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
Slice the ravioli in 4 pieces and mix all the ingredients on a bowl.
Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
