Sunflower Butter Morning Bites (Seed Cycling, Low Carb, Vegan)

It's me again, another quick and simple recipe coming right at you but this time I'm doing it a morning version! Raise your hand if you are an early bird just like me! The reason why I'm calling this recipe a morning recipe type is because the paleo granola really reminded me about birds, as silly as it sounds. The name is no brainer for me, or simply I'm out of creativity for names...

Regardless of the name of this recipe making sense or not you are going to love them! And yes, these were my afternoon treat, but these can be added whenever you break your fast, aka breakfast.

- No baking needed

- No mess left

- Minimal ingredients

- Takes less than 10 minutes to prepare

I'm all about making healthy foods and recipes convenient. I always tell my clients that my purpose and my work with them is not to make healthy choices complicated. JUST GO TO THE BASICS.

And this recipe is a clear example of what I always tell them; simple, basic and delicious. We are also going to be using nutrient dense ingredients: SEEDS! They are loaded with antioxidants, zinc, magnesium, iron, vitamins from the B complex, fiber and healthy fatty acids.

For extra sweetness I used granulated monk fruit, as usual. This is my sweetener of choice since is has no glycemic impact, if you are diabetic this is a great natural choice or if you are in ketosis this is your new pal! (Use the code PURELYHL for Lakanto discount)

Overall this recipe is:

- Grain Free

- Vegan Friendly

- Paleo

- Low Carb

- Keto

The consistency is just silky, buttery and fudgy. Making it a healthy indulging treat with lots of nutrients. There's something about sunflower seed butter, it's so rich and dense! I highly recommend trying it out but just make sure to read the ingredient list and make sure you are only getting the seeds, there's no need for sugar or extra oils.

The topping I used a paleo granola, feel free to use the one you are already have, or one you feel comfortable using! Also, the same tip goes as well, some granolas have EXCESSIVES amounts of sugar and syrups. Read your ingredient list, make sure your granola has max 3-4g of sugar per serving.

Now, are you ready to get those bites freezing?
