But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding the a keto granola on top, mixing the sweet potato pie mix with greek yogurt and Nuzest for a Vanilla Vegan Protein (PURELYHL for discount) along with biscoff cookies on top, of course.

Sweet Potato Biscoff Protein Crumble

Serves 2 serving
Ingredients
Crumble
1/4 cup of keto granola
2 biscoff cookies
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the sweet potato bake.
Place into 2 small baking dishes.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let it cool down, add crumbled biscoff cookies and granola, enjoy!
