Sweet Potato Chocolate Pretzel Protein Cheesecake

Serves 2-3 servings
Ingredients
Cheesecake
2 cups of steamed sweet potato
1 whole organic eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
4 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
Toppings (optional)
1/2 cup of Quinn snacks chocolate stuffed pretzels
1 tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Pour over a baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Let it cool down. Add your toppings.
Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
