Sweet Potato Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream

Serves 1
Ingredients
Base
1 cup of 2% milk
3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1 scoop of Ready Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
2 tbsp of Simply Delish Vanilla Instant Pudding mix (PURELYHL for discount)
Mix-Ins
2 biscoff cookies
2 pieces of the light laughing cow cheese
Instructions.
Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream base using a blender or milk frother.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Set it on your Ninja Creami once frozen and press on the Ice Cream option.
Add your toppings (save some for topping) and Re-Spin.
Serve the ice cream and add your leftover toppings.
