For the the base of this Sweet Potato Pie Protein Smoothie I used almond milk, but you can your favorite one (oat milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, regular milk, etc.) and I also added a ground flaxseed to increase the thickness & fiber on this smoothie, it just basically a must on my smoothies but if you want to keep it low carb you can add an avocado or greek yogurt.
Have you tried sweetening with granulated monk. fruit? A great way to reduce the sugar in your recipes and overall life, the taste goes 1:1 to regular sugar so it's a great replacement! Love baking and cooking with it.

I also added some whipped cream to make it look just like the classic sweet potato pie, but in a easy high protein version that takes 5-7 minutes to make!

Sweet Potato Pie Protein Smoothie

Serves 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of sweet potato puree
2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of chai spices (from tea bag)
1 scoop of Rise Grass-Fed Whey Protein in Vanilla
1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
Extras
Whipped Cream (for topping)
Sugar-Free Marshmallows
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients.
Decorate your favorite glass and serve the smoothie in it.
Add extra toppings (optional).
Sip and enjoy!
