Sweet & Smokey Bacon Baked Cabbage

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 large cabbage
2 slices of Diestel Turkey Bacon
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
4 tbsp of plain yogurt
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of pork panko in sweet & smokey
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Cut the turkey bacon into little pieces and ir fry for 7 minutes at 320F.
Slice the cabbage into small wedges and place them in a baking dish.
Top with unsweetened almond milk and seasonings, use only half of the pork panko.
Bake for 40 minutes, covered.
Once baked serve with bacon, greek yogurt and leftover pork panko.
Serve and enjoy!
