Sweet & Sour Salmon Bites

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 slices of salmon
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of garlic
1/3 cup of unflavored whey protein (or gluten free flour)
1 pack of sweet & sour simmer sauce (used Saffron Road)
2 cups of steamed broccoli
1/2 sliced steamed bell pepper
Instructions
Mix the whey protein with garlic and sea salt.
Cuts the salon into cubes.
Cover the salmon cubes in the whey protein.
Air fry the salmon for 19-22 minutes 350F.
Simmer the sauce in a pot on medium heat.
Cover the vegetables with sauce, mix in with salmon.
Serve and enjoy!
