Serves 3 sandwiches


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of puff pastry dough

  • 1 pint of Klimon Dairy-Free Cherry Bomb Ice Cream

  • For Decoration:

    • Pink icing

    • Pink sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry dough on a flat surface until it's nice and even.

  3. Cut Out Hearts: Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the pastry dough into 6 hearts.

  4. Bake: Place the hearts on a baking sheet and bake for about 11 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow them to cool completely after baking.

  5. Assemble the Sandwiches: Take three of the cooled heart shapes and top each with a generous scoop of Klimon Dairy-Free Cherry Bomb Ice Cream. Cover with the remaining pastry hearts.
