Tahini Carrot Cheesecake Bars

Serves 9 bars
Ingredients
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of baking salt
2/3 of granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup of Artisana Organics tahini butter
1 whole egg
1 ripe banana
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of shredded carrot
Toppings
Artisana Organics coconut butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients for the blondies.
Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
Transfer the batter into a 8x8 silicone baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let it cool down, slice into 9 pieces, top with coconut butter and enjoy!
