Tater Tot Red Miso Breakfast Casserole

Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 pack of frozen tater tots
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 whole egg
Salt and pepper for eggs
2 tsp of All Day Flavors Savory Umami Seasoning
2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
1-2 tbsp of ranch dressing
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the egg whites and egg with part seasonings.
Add the tater tots in a small baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the seasonings.
Top with egg mix and bake for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese, extra everything bagel seasoning.
Top with ranch, optional. Enjoy!
