Texas Toast Breakfast Sandwich with Chipotle Sauce

Serves 1
Ingredients
2 Slices Texas Toast (your favorite one)
2 whole eggs
1/4 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 tsp of sea salt
2 slices of crispy bacon
1 tbsp chipotle dressing
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Start cooking the egg on a skillet and add the seasoning.
Let it cook for 2 minutes then fold carefully and let it cook for other 3 minutes approximately. Slice it half.
Toast the bread for 4 minutes. Top one slice of the bead withh eggs, bacon, chipotle sauce and cheese.
Top with the left piece of bread.
Enjoy!
