The Best Pumpkin Butter Pecan Pancakes

Serves 5 pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup of gluten-free vanilla pancakes (used Dilettoso)
1 tsp of chai spice
1 whole eggs
1/2 cup of NutPods Pumpkin Spice Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for 15% off!)
1 tsp of butter baking emulsion
2 tbsp of crushed pecans
Toppings
European butter
Crushed Pecans
Maple Syrup
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients for the pancakes, then incorporate the rest of the ingredients, stir without over mixing.
Cook on a pancake griddle for 3-4 minutes or on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side in medium low heat.
Add toppings to your pancakes and enjoy!
