I used the organic canned cinnamn rolls, to create some magic I added malted milk powder, Nutpods Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount), unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, RxSugar alullose to keep things low sugar but sweet (MARIA20 for discount), and powdered granulated monk fruit, dried strawberries for decoration.

Tres Leches Cinnamon Rolls

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
4 baked organic cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup of vegan milk
2 tbsp of malted milk powdered
3 tbsp of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/4 cup of Nutpods Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Creamer (PURELY_HEALTHY_LIVING for discount)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Toppings
2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit
3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of freeze dried strawberries
Method
Mix the malted milk with vegan milk, alullose and Nutpods.
Poke the cinnamon rolls with a fork and place them in a small dish.
Pour over the tres leches mix and with a spoon make sure to soak them.
Let it rest overnight in the fridge (or for a couple of hours at room temperature).
Mix the powdered monk fruit with nut milk. Drizzle over the cinnamon rolls and top with strawberries enjoy!
