This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using mozzarella cheese and truffle sauce.


Using also some Pederson's Farms Bison Ground Meat and Bacon, this recipe is made with all high in protein, fiber, and glute-free ingredients that will please your tastebuds in every bite.

As I mentioned earlier, I used Pederson's Farms Bison ground meat which is super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your this creamy pasta recipe, comforting for sure! The seasonings included in this recipe are real salt, black pepper, garlic powder and some truffle sauce.


I used Pederson's Farms products that are made from humanely raised animals, a staple in my freezer for any time of savory recipes! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste.

This are easy to make, moist, flavorful and so addicting! I'm obsessed, and since I have always been a fan of mozzarella cheese with truffle meatballs, all in a delicious comforting pasta... creamy and flavorful, this recipe is definitely a winner!


Gosh! It was good. It's such an easy comfort food; saucy, warm and with a nice kick of that tomato sauce and the bacon meatballs with bacon.

I enjoyed mine for dinner or lunch, alone and by the forkful in a big bowl of those veggies and of course, my low carb pasta as well! A recipe worth making again no matter the season, perfect to share with your friends and family!



Not boring or complicated! This are a great lunch for kids and grown ups. Pro tip: Prepare these for meal prep and enjoy a nutrient dense meal all week long with different veggies on the side.

Truffle Valentine’s Meatball Spicy Pasta

Serves 4 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Pederson's Farms Bison Ground Meat

  • 3 slices of Pederson's Farms Organic Bacon

  • 1/4 cup of organic shredded cheese

  • 2 tbsp of truffle sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp of sea salt flakes

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Spicy Pasta Sauce

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1 tsp of sea salt flakes

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/4 cup of organic cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp of red pepper chili flakes

  • 3 cups of cooked gluten-free pasta


Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and using a heart silicone mold create the heart shapes and bake for 24 minutes.

  3. Place the tomatoes and red onion with a touch of black pepper and garlic, cover with foil paper and air fry for 20 minutes at 355.

  4. Once cooked blend all the ingredients for the sauce and cook the pasta.

  5. Serve with meatballs and enjoy!
