Turkey Breast Roast with Miso Butternut Squash Puree

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
Butternut Squash Puree
1 can of butternut squash puree
1/2 cup of whole milk greek yogurt
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of slightly roasted sage
1/4 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of miso paste
2 tbsp of cornstarch
Turkey
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Cook the turkey for 1 hour or when the inside temperature has reached 165F.
Mix all the ingredients for the butternuts squash puree.
Microwave for 2-3 minutes and stir completely.
Microwave the gravy for 2 minutes and stir.
Let it cool down and blend.
Serve the turkey with gravy, puree and vegetables of choice.
