I used the organic rolled oats, to create some magic, I used some sea salted crackers (yep, so epic), vanilla extract, Equip Foods Caramel & Chocolate Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount), RxSugar alullose to keep things low sugar but sweet (MARIA20 for discount), and unsweetened cashew milk.

"Twix" Overnight Protein Oats

Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup (50g) of organic oats
Equip Foods Caramel Grass-Fed Protein (PURELYHL for discount)
1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
3 tbsp of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
1 cup of greek yogurt
1 scoop of Equip Foods Chocolate Grass-Fed Protein
Toppings
4 gluten-free crackers
Method
Mix all the ingredients for the oats in a jar.
Seal the jar, mix and let it sit overnight.
Serve in a small, add chocolate layer, top with crushed crackers and enjoy!
