For the French Toast:
2 pieces of Cinnamon Raisin Royo Bagels
1/4 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of buttermilk
3 packs of granulated monk fruit
For the Cheesecake Mix:
3 pieces of Laughing Cow cheese or cream cheese
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
For Toppings:
2/3 cup of raspberries
Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Prep the Bagels: Start by slicing the Royo bagels in half.
Create the French Toast Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, granulated monk fruit, almond milk, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
