Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, puff pastry, along with some ruby chocolate, egg wash and some brown granulated monk fruit.

We are showing some love to all my puff pastry and chocolate enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra pretty but still delicious twist by just using some red chocolate, a sugar-free glaze and edible glitter.

Keeping it extra delicious and just epic by using some ruby chocolate for the pretty pop of color and nutrients, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some puff pastry, brown granulated monk fruit, powdered monk fruit, edible glitter and ruby chocolate.
You won't see puff pastry another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, some puff pastry, brown granulated monk fruit, powdered monk fruit, edible glitter and ruby chocolate. The perfect flaky texture with a chocolate rich filling.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat puff pastry another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus easy to make. These is basically a fail proof recipe, the consistency is flaky with a chocolate rich and fudgy filling.

Valentine's Pain Au Ruby Chocolat

Serves 6 serving
Ingredients
1 pack of puff pastry
2 bars of ruby chocolate
Egg Wash
1 whole egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 pieces of the laughing cow cheese
2 tsp of brown granulated monk fruit
Toppings
2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
Method
Preheat the oven at 400F.
Roll out the pastry and cut the chocolate cut into 6 pieces.
Place the chocolate in the edge of the puff pastry.
Slice with a long strip.
Roll each chocolate on their strip of puff pastry.
Mix the ingredients for the egg wash and cover each pastry with it.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze and drizzle it over baked and cooled pastries.
Add optional edible glitter.
Enjoy!
