Vanilla Peach Baked Enchiladas

Serves 8 large cookies
Ingredients
2 Atoria's Flatbreads
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp of RxSugar alullose syrup (MARIA20 for discount)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cups of sliced peaches
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of of vanilla greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the egg whites with syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and almond milk.
Pass the flatbreads through the mix and stuff with part of the peaches.
Roll and place them in a baking dish.
Pour the rest of the mix of the egg whites.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool down and top with leftover peaches, greek yogurt and more cinnamon.
