Vegan Birthday Cake Protein Cookies

Serves 28 servings
Ingredients
Base
1 cup of Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for Nuzest discount)
6 scoops of Bellway Beauty Super Fiber (or ground flaxseed)
2/3 cup of keto granola
1/4 cup of dye-free sprinkles
1/4 cup of monk fruit
3/4 cup of nut butter (used Nuttzo)
1 cup of Super Keto Coffee Creamer in Caramel (SUPERMARIA for discount)
Method
Preheat the oven at 325F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the nut butter, coffee creamer and mix well.
Scoop the dough with a cookie scooper, it made 28 for me.
Bake for 9-11 minutes.
