Chocolate Cherry Waffles

Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
For the Waffles
4-6 jalapeños sliced in half without seeds
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp of vegan queso🧀
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of Lesser Evil Sun Poppers in Vegan Sour Cream & Onionfinely ground.
Method
Preheat the oven at 370F.
Bake the jalapeños for 12-13 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese, queso and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
Stuff each jalapeño with the mix and top with crushed #SunPoppers.
Enjoy!
