There's something about wagyu that it just so special and delicious, I decided to mix some of my favorite flavors here! And since turkey pepperoni has been a staple in my fridge for a couple of months now I thought it was time to share this amazing recipe along with some good keto blue cheese dressing and of course grass-fed wagyu from First Light Farms.

This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using keto blue cheese dressing and some wagyu!

The pork panko as our thickerner agent while skipping any flours from nuts or grains, in this recipe is just a perfect gluten free and keto friendly ingredients and thanks to the nature of them, along with the goat creates the ultimate comfort food.

What's in this Wagyu Blue Cheese Pizza Salad?

As I mentioned earlier, I used First Light Farms grass-fed ground wagyu, pork panko, turkey pepperoni and of course, keto blue cheese! The seasonings included in this recipe are real salt, black pepper, garlic powder and some dried parsely.

You can even pair this recipe with some cauliflower crusts or keto tortillas! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste.

The ideas go beyond plain boring salads, for example... I remember growing up, my mother served me steamed cauliflower with mayonnaise, sounds crazy but it works!
