Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup of ground chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup of vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup of Koyah Organic Beet Powder

  • 1 cup of pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup of almond butter

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the pitted dates in hot water for about 10-15 minutes to soften them.

  2. In a food processor, add in all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips—rolled oats, ground chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, Koyah Organic Beet Powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and drained dates.

  3. Pulse the mixture in the food processor until you achieve a cohesive paste, ensuring all the ingredients are well-combined.

  4. Once the mixture is ready, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips for a delightful chocolatey burst.

  5. Using your hands, form the mixture into 8-10 bite-sized energy balls.

  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm them up, or enjoy them immediately!
