White Chocolate Caramel Banana Bread

Serves 6 big slices
Ingredients
Bread
1 1/4 cup of vegan pancake mix (used gluten free if necessary)
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
3 large bananas
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup of mango
2 tbsp of unsweetened coconut
8 pieces of Cocomels Coconut Milk Caramels
Toppings
2 pieces of Cocomels Coconut Milk Caramels 1 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Heat the bananas for the bread for 2 minutes to get it extra soft and easy to mix.
Mix all the ingredients for the bread and place the batter into a silicone loaf dish.
Add your toppings.
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Let it cool down and slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
