Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat challah bread another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been trying to increase some antioxidants in my diet so the raspberries here hits the spot for that amazing color and nourishment.

White Chocolate Challah French Toast Casserole

Serves 4 serving
Ingredients
Toppings
1 tbsp of crushed mixed nuts
1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, alullose and vanilla extract.
Cut the bread into cubes.
Add the bread to the mix and let it soak, transfer to a baking dish.
Add the toppings
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let them cool, top with maple keto syrup and enjoy!
