White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Rolls (Gluten Free & Keto Friendly)

You can count on me as a person that can't resist white chocolate recipes, and in this occasion this recipe screamed white chocolate chips in the ingredient list, these rolls are just perfection... easy to make and extremely delicious while being secretly healthy.

White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Rolls, but we are also using keto chocolate chip mix as our base! One of the best parts of this recipe is super easy to make, trust me... is that it's also so easy to make and the combination of both chocolates with the cranberry sauce will make the perfect dessert for the holidays.

About these White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Rolls:

Let's go beyond the classic cookie with chocolate chips and let's create a fusion of flavors that nobody will be able to resist! I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just using Good Phats as my base, a chocolate chip cookie mix that will make things ever easier.

This cookie mix just saves us a lot of steps, ingredients and it also keeps things low carb. We are just adding greek yogurt to these rolls and whey protein (xanthan gum to help with the thickness, but it's optional!) for the cookies and the filling is also super simple to make and secretly packed with protein.

Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Marigold Creamy Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake (keto and gluten free!).

The Filling of these White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Rolls:

With a delicious cranberry and white chocolate! In this occasion I used a homemade version of cranberry sauce with a touch of relish and orange.... feel free to use your favorite recipe! And of course, white chocolate chips that it's the perfect match for the cranberry combo.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix! For the special touch of this recipe I decided to use some Keto Cookie Mix, this one is from Good Phats, my favorite one! Also gluten free and it's a game changer for this recipe... making it a double chocolate! Dark and white chocolate chips!

Did I also mention that these cookie cups have only 167 calories per roll? So these are a gret snack, low in sugar, carbs and inflammatory ingredients. We've got the goods!

The base of these White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Rolls:

The base is made with simple ingredients and Marigold Vanilla Grass Fed Whey made with the best ingredients and creates a nice texture to these rolls, also keep it nutrient dense and gut friendly. Plus some Good Phats Keto Cookie Mix as part of our delicious base to make these even more delicious and easy to make.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these White Chocolate Chip Cranberry Cookie Rolls:

  • Good Phats Keto Cookie Mix

  • Baking Soda

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Xanthan Gum (optional)

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Marigold - Creamy Vanilla Grass Fed Whey

  • Low Carb White Chocolate Chips

So we've got our protein, our crunch factor all in this simply and wholesome recipe! As a foodie and nutritionist I believe that the quality of the ingredients can make the difference in our health and also make healthy food more sustainable.

In here we are using products that stick to whole some and nothing artificial... plus no inflammatory ingredients.
