White Chocolate Churro Banana Custard Bars

Serves 4 pie bars


Ingredients

Base

Filling

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup of organic whipping cream

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose

  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar keto caramel syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of Prozis cookie whey protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 tsp of Prozis pastel de nata drops

  • 1/4 cup of chopped white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the base and place the dough into 4 silicone muffin molds.

  3. Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool.

  4. Blend all the ingredients for the filling.

  5. Pour the base and top with chocolate.

  6. Bake again for 26 minutes.

  7. Let it cool down and enjoy!
