You are up to a treat! If you are familiar with the chocolate Raffaello's then you might know or notice that these chocolate are made with the main ingredients in this tarts. And since I'm fan of anything coconut and chocolate these copycat tarts are just my dream!

I remember my mom giving us a box of these chocolates as a sign of love in special occasions, or just a random details she brought for us, me and my sister, from the supermarket. Not only a favorite for the taste but for the feeling and memory they bring.

About these White Chocolate Hazelnut Tarts:

Well, the ingredients in these tarts are mainly a creamy filling made from melted white chips, cream cheese and coconut. The magic happens thanks to the white chocolate and the coconut, and of course a very essential part of these tarts is the touch of hazelnut.

The crust, simple and high protein. For this recipe I'm using almond flour and Nuzest Pea Protein, also low carb, this combination is important because it adds thickness and volume to the base of this recipe, in addition of that it also adds flavor from the Vanilla Protein!

A two step tart; baked base and blended filling. Overall, this is a super simple recipe to make, almost fail proof! The base is baked and as a result we've got a fluffy and tasty crust that will one of the parts of this amazing tart.

The filling is blended or mixed, I prefer blended to avoid any lumps; the key the creaminess here is to make sure that the cream cheese is at room temperature and the white chocolate is melted.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these White Chocolate Hazelnut Tarts:

Those are the main ingredients for the recipe. You are simply going to fall in love with this recipe! Plus adding some toppings makes these tarts extra elegant, cute and flavorful! I added these toppings as decoration but they are optional.
