Okay, this might be the banana bread of every child’s dream… and grown-ups as well! This is a fun and healthier version by using better ingredients for you such as low sugar, organic healthy "oreos" and "M&M's" along with some white chocolate whey protein!


For this recipe I’m using amazing and fun ingredients such as Prozis healthier version of oreos in a organic and high protein version and their White Chocolate 100% Real Whey. A deliciously fun low sugar and high protein recipe that everyone can prepare at home.

We are showing some love to all my banana bread, cookie monsters and white chocolate fans, including myself... a childhood classic we all love! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Prozis White Chocolate & 100% Whey Protein.

White Chocolate Cookie Monster Banana Bread

Serves 6-8 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Prozis 100 % white chocolate whey protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of granulated alullose (or monk fruit)

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of low-fat buttermilk

  • 1 cup of sliced ripe banana

Toppings

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the fry ingredients for the bread and then add the wet ingredients… stir well or use an immersion blender.

  3. Pour into a silicone baking dish and top with cookies and chocodots, bake for 35 minutes.

  4. Let cool down, slice into 6-8 pieces and enjoy!
