White Chocolate Guava Cookies

Serves 10 large cookies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup of Rx Sugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)
1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
3/4 cup Artisana Organics Almond Butter
1/2 cup of chopped guava
1 tbsp of Evo Hemp Hemp Oil (purely_healthy_living for discount)
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of water
Toppings
1/4 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
1 Evo Hemp Lemon Bar Chopped
Method
Preheat the oven at 325F.
Stir all the dry ingredients for the cookies, then mix the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Create 10 cookies and add the toppings.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Bake for 11-13 minutes.
