  • 1 cup of organic all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup of bread flour

  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 3/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 large organic eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 5 crushed biscoff cookies

  • 2/3 cup of chopped white chocolate hazelnut bar


Instructions

1. Preheat Oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the organic all-purpose flour, bread flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sea salt, and granulated monk fruit sweetener. Ensuring your dry ingredients are well combined sets the foundation for your cookie's texture.
