We are showing some love to all my french toast and matcha enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to white chocolate spread and a sugar-free matcha drizzle, also, Gifted Breads Gluten-Free Baguettes and some White Chocolate Spread from Nucolato.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic by using some strawberries for the pretty pop of color and nutrients, and to make it even healthier we are using RxSugar alullose as our sweetener, some vanilla extract, matcha, and of course some of these fantastic Nucolato White Chocolate Spread. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see french toast casseroles another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.
The base of this White Chocolate Matcha French Toast:
The base is made with simple ingredients, some matcha and to keep things sweet some RxSugar alullose, and for the bread I have been loving these Gifted Breads Gluten-Free Baguettes and some White Chocolate Spread from Nucolato. The perfect texture for this french toast.
Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using alullose or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

White Chocolate Matcha French Toast

Serves 1-2 serving
Ingredients
1 small Gifted Breads Gluten-Free Baguette
1/3 cup of egg whites
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 tsp of matcha
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of RxSugar alullose
Toppings
1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
2 tbsp of Nucolato White Chocolate Spread
Glaze
1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
2 tsp of matcha
2 tsp of unsweetened almond milk
Method
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, matcha, alullose and vanilla extract.
Slice the baguette
Soak the bread in the mix, transfer to a your air fryer.
Set for 5 minutes at 380F.
Top with white chocolate spread and strawberries.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
Let them cool, top with sugar-free glaze, and enjoy!
