White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cherry Bars (Low Carb & Gluten Free)

These are the easiest no bake bars! You are going to love how easy these are to make and the amazing combination of flavors; white chocolate, peanut butter and cherries!

No bake gut friendly and delicious yogurt! One of the best parts of this recipe is the no bake part... so basically is just mix, pour and refrigerate type of method, extremely easy! These are just the easiest and most satisfying recipes ever... plus who can resist peanut butter?

About these White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cherry Bars:

Peanut butter is always a winner, paired with some seasonal fruit and chocolate just makes it even better! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just adding some white chocolate chips and done!

To add that extra magical factor of this recipe I also included some of the seasonal cherries, along with the white chocolate such a game changer! And it really brings up that extra taste of oatmeal and that texture that takes these yogurt bars to the next level.

Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Plant Based Protein, their ingredients are always the best and the taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake (keto and gluten free!).

This is simply a major combo that you cannot resist, hard to believe that this is also low carb and gut friendly!Plus , besides being insanely delicious, this epic froyo is packed with fiber, the one that I used for this recipe was from Bonny Fiber Supplements; each serving has around 12g of fiber! For this recipe I'm using two tablespoon.

This is a key ingredients because for the base we are not using any eggs, nut butters or anything like that since we are not baking at all.

The base of the Yogurt Bars:

The base is made with simple ingredients and Nuzest Smooth Vanilla pea protein (or coconut flour) to keep it nutrient dense and gluten free. Since we are not using any eggs we are using Bonny Fiber as our glue for these bars, it's just my favorite ingredients when it comes to no bake and vegetarian recipes.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cherry Bars:

So we've got our protein, our crunch factor all in this simply and wholesome recipe! As a foodie and nutritionist I believe that the quality of the ingredients can make the difference in our health and also make healthy food more sustainable.

In here we are using products that stick to whole some and nothing artificial... plus no inflammatory ingredients.

Super nutrient dense! And we are not including sugars, syrups, wheat and instead, keto bars made with whole some and non-artificial ingredients, peanut butter spread made with real food. These are just LEGIT AND DELICIOUS.

The Filling of these White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cherry Bars:

With a creamy peanut butter filling! In this occasion I used OWN Peanut Spread, made with simple ingredients, creamy and heavenly with only 50 calories per serving, you are just going to love it.... and of course, greek yogurt. I used organic and unsweetened and I use monk fruit to add sweetness, greek it's also a great source of probiotics!
