Ingredients
1 cup gluten-free flour
1/8 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup brown granulated monk fruit
1 stick of Nancy’s Organic Butter (room temperature)
1 large organic egg
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Mix-Ins:
1/4 cup crushed pistachios
2/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, brown granulated monk fruit, sea salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add in the room temperature Nancy’s butter, the organic egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
