Using my favorite ingredients; My current obsession, date syrup, white chocolate and pistachios of course.

We are showing some love to all my granola bars and white chocolate enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! But with that I also wanted to include my personal, an extra healthy but still delicious twist by just adding some pistachios, Nuzest Vegan Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and cereal and a of course, of sugar-free white chocolate with a touch of D'vash Date Syrup.

Keeping it extra delicious, healthy and just epic, and to make it even healthier we are using sugar-free white chocolate chips with some D'vash Date Syrup, some pistachios and gluten-free cereal, of course. A great healthy recipe without sacrificing great taste!
You won't see dates recipes another way from now on! This is simply perfect for meal prep since they just require a few ingredients as well as minimal steps to make these little loaves, also ready yo attack that sweet tooth at any moment.

The base is made with simple ingredients, oats, sugar-free white chocolate, pistachios and to keep things sweet some D'vash Date Syrup, Nuzest Vegan Protein (PURELYHL for discount) and some gluten-free cereal and cashew butter.
Feel free to to use your favorite natural sweetener, I used D'vash Date Syrup but I also love using stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.

Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to see other granola bars another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus better for you. I have been trying to increase some healthy fats and fiber into my diet so oats and pistachios are perfect here.
It's key to bake these bars to make them stick together, less crumbly and extra chewy with the touch of the date syrup here it makes these even better and more magical... and a great no bake go-to snack! You'll love these!

White Chocolate Pistachio Granola Bars

Serves 10 bars
Ingredients
1 cup of raw oats
1/4 cup of crushed pistachios
1 cup of gluten free cereal (used Magic Spoon)
1/2 cup of D'vash Date Syrup
1/3 cup of cashew butter
1 tsp of vanilla syrup
1/4 (28g) melted sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the cashew butter, vanilla extract and date syrup in a bowl, microwave for 40 seconds and incorporate well.
Mix the dry ingredients for the granola bars and then mix in the date syrup mix.
Spread the granola batter into an 8x8 baking silicone dish.
Top with white chocolate chips
Bake for 15 minutes, let it cool down, then freeze for 2 hours.
Cut into 10 pieces and enjoy!
