2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chai spices (from a tea bag)
1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Broccoli Sprouts Powder
1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Kale Powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic full-fat Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup organic milk
For the Cranberry Frosting
1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
1 tablespoon Koyah Life Organic Raspberry Powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, chai spices, Koyah Life Broccoli Sprouts Powder, Koyah Life Kale Powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, blend monk fruit sweetener, vanilla, Greek yogurt, eggs, and milk. Combine with dry ingredients.
