Serves 10 donuts


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon chai spices (from a tea bag)

  • 1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Broccoli Sprouts Powder

  • 1 scoop Koyah Life Organic Kale Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup organic full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup organic milk


For the Cranberry Frosting

  • 1 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon Koyah Life Organic Raspberry Powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, chai spices, Koyah Life Broccoli Sprouts Powder, Koyah Life Kale Powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

  3. Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, blend monk fruit sweetener, vanilla, Greek yogurt, eggs, and milk. Combine with dry ingredients.

  4. Bake: Pour batter into 10 silicone donut molds and bake for 22 minutes.

  5. Frosting: Mix monk fruit, Koyah Raspberry Powder, and cranberry juice for frosting.

  6. Frost & Serve: Frost cooled donuts and enjoy!
